Refund policy

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we care deeply about your experience and will make things right if there’s an issue.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders:


  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at info@truebodyhaircare.com within 5 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.


No Returns or Exchanges:


  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as scent preference, results, or misuse of product.
  • Please review all product details and ingredients before purchasing.


Cancellations:


  • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, all sales are final.
